To make a purchase

Delivery
- Shipping Fee
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $500. International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping carriers rate basis. (including box weight)
- Delivery Date
  • Once your payment is complete, we will ship your order. Most in-stock items will deliver in 7-14 working days. Depending on the circumstances will may vary. 
  • In order to be prepared for your wedding date, we recommend you to place your order 3-6 months in advance so you can have time to customize your dress as you wish.
  • Our production process will take approximately 4-5 weeks, However, if you are in rush, please contact us before placing your order. 
  • Our staffs will try to accommodate your request so you can receive your dress in time!
  • Please note that delivery date can not be guaranteed. You can track your order status via your email provided by us or visit our web site simply by clicking 'Order Details' in the 'My Page' menu 
- Please note that 
  • Orders placed on weekend, holidays or New Year's day will be processed the following working day.
  • Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions can cause delay.
  • if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our controls, delivery times may vary.
  • If there are custom duties or taxes to be paid  for the order, the buyer agrees to bear all costs and will pay the costs directly to the customs.

Cancel/Exchange/Refund
  • - For return and replacement
  • If you wish to exchange or return items,please contact us via email or customer board within 7 business days after receiving the item.
  • Shipping fee will apply if you wish to change to other product or refund for a personal reasons.
  • All sale and special order items are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. However, We accept exchange in following occasions:

  • 1. incorrect 
  • meaning the item is not the item that you ordered and the size or the color is different from what is indicated on the order detail. 
  • Also, when there is missing items or parts.

2. Defective
meaning the product is not function as described by our specifications.
3. Damaged product
meaning the item was delivered damaged.
*returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival. if the items do net meet the following requirements, items will be returned to sender and a refund will not be proceeded. 
returning items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with the original labels and tags (including accessories, boxes, invoice,pouches). 

- For Cancellation
  • You can cancel your order via e-mail or our customer board within 24 hours without extra charge.
  • Once we commence production, you can not cancel your order.
  • However, Made-to-order items are not cancelable nor returnable.
